How do I install this and what is it called?

I messed up and sheered off the head of the screw that pinches my clutch cable. Managed to drill it out but now need to install my new clutch lever (don't know if that's what it's called).
It seems too large to fit. I've tried heating and lightly tapping it on with no results. I've tried screwing the bolt that sucks down the lever onto the piece that engages the clutch but it didn't have enough thread... Can someone please explain how I rectify this?

I'm also searching for the hardware accessories or even just nut (name/type/size/thread) if anyone knows what that would be called.
 
That's a great video but I'm trying to figure out how everyone assembles the pieces in the pictures I provided. He skips that part entirely.
