How do I disengage Motor for Bike mode?

Hey guys having an issue trying to figure this out need your input please.
The clutch has been installed and the tension is correct. How come when I press the clutch the engine does not disengage to allow me to go on bike bike mode or go into neutral ( freewheeling).
 
There will always be some parasitic drag from the chain/sprocket/cross shaft of the engine if you're talking about an in-frame Chinese 2 stroke engine. The only way to completely eliminate that is to use a master link in the chain and take it off when you plan to pedal your bike without engine assist. Sorry, but that's just the way it is.
