If a motor is broken in or not? I recently bought a used motorbike with the typical chinese 2 stroke motor. I haven't runit yet, but there is plenty of compression, so I was wondering if there is any way to tell if it's been broken in. The biggest concern is the premix ratio...
 
Just run your fuel/oil mix at 32:1 and don't worry about it. If it had any running time on it at all, even a little, you're good to go.
Use a good quality 2 stroke oil formulated for air colled engines and go enjoy your bike.
