I'll kick this off. I am using synthetic wheel bearing grease.
AAs far as what to grease...
I put a pea sized chunk of goop on the big clutch gear. be careful to not overgrease this area. Grease getting inside the clutch will cause it to slip.
The clutch lever should be lubed at its pivot. A nice coat of grease will help the clutch act smoothly.
You should also keep the throttle handle lubed. The same grease can be put on the handlebar, and inside the cable area.
Additionally, a light weight sray lubricant should be used on the throttle and clutch cable.
