Honda GC160 Shaft...

Hi guys!

I scored a Honda gc160 from a broken pressure washer and when I took off the pump, the shaft is huge (hold back your jokes). Haven't had time to mess around with it but wanted to see if any of you knew what the deal was or how to get it down to a 3/4" like normal.

I may be using this on another BTR build or thinking of a drift trike.

It appears to be a shaft over the original shaft. I have seen similar on water pumps. Soak it with penetrating oil and pull it with a gear puller.

Also if it give you trouble quick hot heat will exspand the the outer and should come right lose ( put the puller on first then heat ) ..may have to do it a couple times...........Curt
