Hi, just got into motorized bicycles this Febuary, bought a motored Huffy from a 1st timer, then bought a motored micargi from a professional local builder, and more recently motored a micargi Falcon GT and also a 1966 or something Schwinn Typhoon. I put all Grubee 66cc GT-5 motors on my bikes, had problem with 2 motors so far: the small 10 tooth 'drive' sprocket has come loose on multiple occasions on one motor - this motor is now sitting aside. and now the motor in the shcwinn has the same issue after about only 250 miles..

I upgraded to the thicker sprocket to use with 415 chain.. using this chain/setup on all my bikes. Have single boost bottle setup on both bikes this has happened to. any thoughts, suggestions please?

hi and welcome to the forum my suggestion is to look into a different engine company because grubee ist great at quality right now probibly worst in the industry this year i like flying horse but alot of guys are having luck with no name ebay engines
