Welcome...If you have fuel, ignition , proper compression, it should start..obviously you missed something.

Ive been over it 3 times and still no fire in the hole .Nice blue spark , wet plug after trying to start and good compreshon ? Ron it's got me ??? white wire capped of black to black , blue to blue . good fuel just wont start ?

went over it 3 times, blue to blue ,black to black ,white blanked off, good fuel, wet plug after starting ,or trying at least , blue spark . motor 2 stroke,

do u have cns carb if so try pulling small black breather tube out of air filter

I would say it's safe to say you have carb work ahead of you if it's the red air filter'd carb.
