Dude, where is your C-clip set? You're running rich, that's why you're unable to get any kind of rpm out of her, she's flooding like crazy.

by moving the C-clip up you lean out the mixture.(moving the clip up causes the needle to move down lessening the fuel into the air, and vice-versa)

you got spark and you have fuel. next thing to check is wiring. make sure your killswitch isnt grounded out and your connections are good.
