HELP! some minor tuning issues

alright so i rejetted my carbs main jet with a 1/16th bit (smallest i have) and it zooms up to 25mph under 1/4-1/2 throttle and dies out if i go WOT. will adjust the c-clip needle position to leanest tomorrow morning and report results

I think that's too big. That's about a #53 or #54 drill bit. I was thinking a #63 or #64 would be about right.
