Help Changing a JPG Picture

I have a picture that has a black ground with white lettering. Its a listing of marriages in the late 1800's in Philadelphia. Can anyone reverse it? If so I'll post the picture of email it.

I can probably help you. PM me and I'll do it for you. I've been working with Adobe PhotoShop for over 15 years. Reversing a negative is easy.

I tried to send it in a PM but it won't take it. If you prefer I can try to email it to you. It's in jpeg format. PM me if this doesn't look good enough.
I had to rotate it a half turn to fit the limits of file size and keep it close to 8X11. I hope you can rotate the image.
