Hello, new to the hobby

Hi,

Fellow Motorized Bicycle riders!

I am new to this hobby (4 months in) and am a member of a similar forum (That Which Will Not Be Named) under a different name (heh, heh).

Anyways, I found a dumpster Mongoose Sycamore (25 years old?) and heard that Governor Gruesome (CA) was outlawing small engines starting in 2024.

Naturally, I went out and bought a Phantom 85 kit and put it on the Mongoose. I highly value the wisdom, fellowship, and humor found in these forums.

Yes, it s true…I am Al Regresar on the Forum That Will Not Be Named. I don’t mind my cover being blown just not my sprocket cover. Lol.

I started out on 5 forums and am down to 2. The other forums shut down. One of them was a Cycling forum. I was the only assisted device regular contributor there.
