Hello im hooked but im looking for someone to help in what kit to buy
and what to stay away from

Hi F, welcome to Motorbicycling!
Read a lot here. You will get a good feel for the kits. Personally, I do not have one, all I do is home built.
You do know that the legislature here passed an e-bike law, now awaiting the govs. signature. But gas is still non-legal. There are guys in NY running gas though.
