Hello! Im a new fan of motorized bikes and cant wait to start my first build. I live in Oklahoma and from my understandin i dont need an endorsment on m liscense... is that correct? Anyways looking forward to building and riding!

As for your state or local laws you need to check that persoanlly. You'll get a lot of opinions here but the best way to be sure is to contact your state patrol or DMV for the facts regarding motorized bicycles in OK.
