Head Nut torque Specifications

Does anyone know what the head nut torque specifications for the 65-80 big bore kit are? I tried to put a chrome head on my new kit and found out that it has the wrong size combustion chamber, and that there is NO head gasket on my Brand New Just Shipped Motor. Is there suppose to be NO gasket? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you mean a china girl motor, I torque my 80s to 125 in lb. Some people go up to 140 in lb. Be sure and retorque it several times after riding it.

Yes, it should have a head gasket. The factory just forgot to install one. It's not that uncommon.

just make a gasket out of a beer can ... they are only about .003 thick ... but should be good enough . aluminum water bottles are probably about .020 - .030 thick ... but a bit harder to cut .
