Head Lights, Tail Lights and Horns

Any suggestion on a good Head Lights (preferably bullet head lights) and Tail lights? I also need Horns because it is a requirement in my home State.

I use the Night Rider mini newt, its a rechargable, 110 lumens thats very bright, its rugged, i take it every where i go includeng caving and out on the dirtbikes, the only deal is that it goes for 120 bucks but if your looking for a very bright light i recomend it!
