Hey, i've had my bike for a while now, just looking for a few ideas on getting more out of the 68cc engine, i've replaced the head gasket with a computer paper one, widened the inlet n exhaust gaskets n flange holes, cut a bit out of the inner exhaust tube, what do you's reckon's next?dnut
 
Expansion chamber exhaust seems to the general consensus of your best bet on a next upgrade from what I have read here. Sickbikeparts.com has one that everyone raves about but they are out of stock at the moment. Slant head is also a great upgrade. I’ve had mine about a week and I am really impressed.
 
yes, i agree with prof fate, go for the expansion chamber. then you could get a better card a maybe a shifter kit from sickbikeparts.com
 
cheers guys, that expansion chamber looks like a go-er. i ordered a machined intake manifold which will give more low rpm torque from
MANIC Mechanic Parts.htm
does anyone know where to get this "NuVinci variable transmission" from? Don't really wanna order the shift kit if i can't get onednut
 
Don't worry, found it, jeeze bit pricey, 450 bucks! I'll just stick with the exhaust n intake for now
