So I've been having the same problem whether I'm running my F2 thruster pipe or stock exhaust. I barely ride like a half mile down the street and the bolts start coming loose and oil starts spitting out the exhaust. I think as a a result some oil got on the threads in the hole so that's my suspision thats why the bolts dont stay tight? I don't want to overtighten the bolts and risk stripping the threads in the holes. I would use loctite but I'm affraid if I do and say I need to change out the gasket I wont be able to remove the bolts in that case. What should I do? Has anyone had the same problem? I don't want to have to buy a new cylinder just because of this. Please help!

Try to tighten the bolts with a hex wrench and possibly attach with... I used extra tire gear mounts on my exouast

Well the locknuts with plastic are useless on the exhaust they just melt. Use the crimped steel ones or just double nut them.
For the record, any and all Loctite products are heat releasable. If double nutting for a jam on the exhaust stud.
