I'll stick with my 98cc (non-kit) 4 stroke with its cast iron sleeve.

you should not do that.
all that that will do is cause piston slap (the last thing you want) then you will get your skirt caught on a port and reuin and seize everything in your motor and likley throw you off the bike
oversized bore + oversize piston now we are talking

Just not with a 68cc chinese 2 stroke.

Can't bore 'em.
