has anyone balanced a 48cc?

I wanna balance my motor to increase its life and max rpm. has anyone balanced their crankshaft at home? what drill bit size do I use?
 
before you run you engine u should dissaemble it and clean it up. In the factory where the chineese kids make it they dont seem to concered about bits of paper, metal shavings, chewing gum, cigarette butts, other trash etc, these can all be in your crankcase, how do you know unless you check? debris in the crankcase will shorten the life of the engine for sure.
