The following link is a remarkably accurate HP'Speed predictor that I found. Use it for your own amusement and DIY designing!
For Drag Coefficient put .8
For drivetrain loss I have 5%
For Fontal Area I put 9.5 sq ft. and that fits my Dilbert-ish Body Shape.

I've compared it to many real-life 2-wheeled vehicles and their top speeds, and it comes out spot on.
