I have a HS/Titan 50 cc motor where no matter what the fuel leaked thru the cap. After inspection you come to the conclusion its a defect some kind, where but I was wrong as in thinking it was the cap or the molded plastic tank threads...................its the original rubber gasket that has the tangs to grip the threads so it doesnt fall out. I made a gasket with an exacto knife outta cardboard from a wheaties box and it hasnt leaked since. I kept the white plastic breather bulb in it and the sponge breather no leaks since then.
