Grubee Stage III gearbox noise

I finally put a muffler on this beast. Looks good to me from the saddle, and it sounds nice.
Here's my problem; moving around at 5mph or so, all sounds good. When I get up to my standard blistering speed of 15mph, the gearbox is much louder than my engine and exhaust combined. It always was pretty loud, but I can really hear it now.
I use ATF in this gearbox (thanks GearNut!), and it works great. Any suggestions on how to deal with this noise situation?

I'm not sure if posting again will bring any new attention to this question, but I could use some guidance if anyone can help...
 
A long-time member posted here recently about the long-term usage of a Stage III kit and recommended the thickest and stickiest marine grease for the gearbox. All sorts of combinations of liquids and grease have been tried.
