grubee gt5, clutch wont disengage

Hey all, new here, Just got my grubee gt5 kit, got it all hooked up, but my issue is that the clutch wont disengage, the motor is allway turning, any one know what my problem may be? any help would be great, thanks
 
u might have to check the cable and adjust brass stopper on wire. so the wheel keeps spinning ?or wont spin? sorry kinda confused with question.

I found the same problem with my new GT5, the clutch wouldn't disengage.
What worked in my case-
-pull clutch case cover
-remove flower, or star nut stay screw
-remove flower, or star nut
-pull clutch plate, with spring
-lock rear wheel in place (a screw driver works)
-remove nut securing clutch drum
-at this point I tried to pull clutch drum off with my fingers, and, click, the clutch freed up.
Through my reading on this site, apparently storage 'helped it get sticky'.
 
i heard that some of these motor grease will actauly harden in the long wait to get here and the longer wait to get shipped toa custermer so maybe the bearings arent well greased
