Good universal mounting kit for inframe

I built a friction drive bike but now I want to build a chain drive what mounting kits are there that would work with Honda gxh50?
 
Any vendor that sells the 4-stroke bike kits usually has a universal mounting plate available. You can also look at Sick Bike Parts 4-stroke shift kit. Just a small warning. These plates are not usually inexpensive.
