good price for worksman wheels?

a buddy of mine has a set of worksman wheels sitting in his garage unused. i can tell by looking they are 100% true (as if worksman wheels wouldnt be, right?) and they are the strongest and heaviest looking wheels i have ever seen. he wanted $125 for one wheel, I offered him $200 for the pair and he said ok. i think thats probably a great deal, but just want some feedback. im gonna buy them anyway, just curious what you all think of that price. the rear wheel is a 3 speed shimano internal hub with coaster brake. so, is $200 a fair price?
 
huh. actually i just saw on pirate cycles i can get a set of worksman wheels with a front drum brake for $175. i think thats a better deal.
 
im looking into spending maybe 300 on wheels from pirate cycles. front drum brake and rear wheel with sprocket adapter and 56t sprocket. bit more pricey but probably worth it.
