good idea or bad one

    You need that characteristic little 'kick up' at the rear of your seat. That's a distinctive mark of a cafe bike. Everything else is looking good.

    I'd like to see this bike at next year's Midwest Cruise. You're only a few hours from London Mills Illinois.

    Fork won't cut it. It brings the frame up too high. What would look cool are those amf grinder forks. I may look into a tripple tree so I can use my disk brake.
    Oh well, if I finished it fast, it wouldn't be as fun
