That's a simple bandbrake......can be found many places on this site.....don't panic.

I was having what I call " part blindness" thats when you know you have seen it a hundred times an cant on your life remember where you seeen it last . you'd believe that after 20 yrs in the automotive buisness I would be able to keep track of such things by now ! lol
