This may or may not work.
The thing I have noticed with a hand throttle is its impossible to maintain speed while using the traditional arm indications for turning left or right.
This isnt a problem with a motorbike because by law they have to have indicators.
My idea is as follows - get a accessory bar such as one that is used on the handlebars for extra lights and such then move the throttle from the handlebars to the down tube... use the accessory bar as a pair of footpegs with the throttle located where the foot can be used to adjust the thottle opening on the motor..
I'll post pictures when I get it set up and sorted
