Gear ratio info?

Still looking for a clutch and ran across this:

Would it work? It looks like it could be the right size,but where do I get the shaft sleeve to from 5/8 to 3/4?

I'm sending them an email but would like a "real world" answer if possible.

Thanks for the links. I'm pretty sure I got it now,just kept getting the runaround at first. And now I'm going with a nexus inter-3. I think. The problem I was having is these are for the rear wheel,not a mid-drive. Doesn't mean it can't be used that way though.
