Gas not flowing.

I have just completed my first build, but I am having trouble starting it. there seems to be no fuel flow to the carb. I think its a vacuum leak but I'm not sure. it has spark and when I took off the intake manifold it was wet. the spark plug was wet but no signs of spark.

If your spark plug is wet?, there is fuel!!!!

What kind of engine do you have?

Is your choke lever up or down?
