Can you suggest a company that can ship to Israel the white plastic gas tank, screws and mounting bracket for this engine?

Call Harbor Freight at 1-800-444-3353, then tell 'em that you need Engine part number 89 (fuel tank) , and Engine part number 82 ( gas tank strut).
If this fails, repeat at 1-800-423-2567.

The parts numbers are at the end of it.

Can you confirm that the parts numbers I need are:

82 gasoline tank strut
83 latex cover
88 two bolts
89 fuel tank

They say that delivery is 6-10 weeks.

Yes, those numbers look correct.
You probably will also need # 94 Fuel tank cap with filter set.
