Does the clutch arm end rise to accommodate a level pull of the cable to the clutch wheel pulley ? if not the cable will frey over time and snap regardless if it is a kit cable or Stainless Steel, everything must be on the same level.

Another thing to look out for is how close is the cable to the hot head and cylinder? you want at least a 1"/ 1 1/2" distance away from the heat that can melt the cable housing and cause heat stress to the cable allowing the cable to stretch and then you will be fooled into believing there is something wrong with the clutch itself and then go fooling around with that without a clue that the cable has stretched.

Some will argue and Ahh! Mines just fine! well how many miles do got on it ? you will find what I say to be true later, in earlier pic's of this you can already see the cable freying NOT GOOD!

simple solution heat and bend clutch arm up so the level is correct with wheel.

Here is a couple of pic's of what I made out of the same screen door roller and a front Pull brake cable leg

I know yer selling this stuff and at a good price too! so I hope the information will be useful to the potential buyer the system works and just a minor alteration to the clutch arm will greatly improve the performance of it.

Ok.

1.) The reason why its fraying is because I didn't care about putting a clamp on the end of the cable so it doesn't fray.

2.) The clutch arm is level with the pulley. It is adjustable. You can make the bracket pivot on the bolt that screws into the case.

3.) I have not had issues with the cable stretching or the housing melting.
Since those pictures I have installed a high compression head and moved the cable in a direction so it doesn't interfere with the head.

4.) Thanks for the input.
