I went ahead today and tested how to mount my pocket bike exhaust and I think I mastered it. The first way I had it setup the pipe kept getting pushed of the exhaust flange. Now how I have it setup works and sounds great, not to mention the power band I get from the expansion chamber.
You will need 1 copper 90 degree elbow, 1 45 degree elbow, 1 2 inch piece of 3/4' pipe and then 1 3 inch cut of the copper pipe. I also used a pipe clamp and 3 springs shaped in a triangle to keep all the pipes together. You can get all of this stuff at Lowe's for dirt cheap.
Your looking at about $40 to get a pipe and the fittings are about $10 more. It provides similar performance to the SBP pipe, but you save $40.
