Hello guys! I was told that i do not need to register title have ins. or a driver lic. on my 48cc bicycle as long as it is under 50cc. Is this true! If so were can i find out this info so i can print it to keep it with me if i get stoped by law inforcement! I've asked three or four of them and THEY ARE ALL CLUELESS! Any help would be cool! Thanks guys! Bugman
 
You heard wrong. My idiot brother got a felonious aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle charge on a moped (49cc) a few years ago. You definitely need a valid drivers license. The bicycle needs nothing, however.
