First Schwinn Chopper Build

First OCC chopper, second motorized bike. For those ahead of me, did you bend/re-shape the left side pedal leg, or replace it with a wider crank. Clearly mine needs more clearance from the motor. I am using Barry's motor mount and Creative technologies sprocket adapter.

I used a DIY cranck shaft extension, made from an old cranck shaft and arm. I had to extend the arm by aprox 1-1/2 in due to pull start.

i used the offset pedals that came with the kit as a pattern,heated em up and bent them, as my jag had single peice crank

? I never had any clearance issues with the pedals and the motor. I had an issue with the exhaust and the pedals, but not the motor. Mine is a 70cc china motor.
