Looks good. Youll wanna change the tensioner to the bottom of the chain. Keep the top tight since it spins counter clockwise..

Nice ride enjoy! What kind of range are you getting with the stock kit fuel tank? My first build a Huffy Davidson Bikeberry 49cc kit. I ordered the larger peanut tank.

I have no idea what the range is, it is the small tank, I don't normally go for long rides/ commute on it. It seems to do just fine on fuel, not sure how much the exhaust affects economy if at all. it's supposed to rain all weekend so I won't be able to take it out after all the adjustments/ modification I have done. I'm open to any questions or suggestions with it. The only other thing I plan to change is probably put a springer fork on it for comfort and style.

Springer fork are a good addition, mountain bike forks are another.

I put these pictures in another thread but might as well as add them here. This is my second build, still have some fine tuning and adjustments but the seating position is a lot more comfortable.

Thanks, I took awhile to pick a second bike, came close to using a Seattle SS stretch cruiser. I think they really make the bike and gave me a direction for the color scheme. I just got new grips and throttle I have to put on, so it will look a little different. I am also thinking about a different gas tank, either an in-frame of possibly welding onto the current tank to clean it up.

I think an in frame gas tank would make it look awesome, real professional looking. But those tires are great, you can really lean into the turns with those. It looks like a blast to ride! Good Job

I'm sure there is a thread warning for this, but make sure to tighten everything! I went on a quick ride the other day, the adapter was not tightened enough, slipped and broke 6 spokes. The first pic has the spokes, the second is the hub, hard to see the damage from it. Luckily I was not going fast and it looks like no serious damage, to me or the bike.

Use Blue Loctite on the threads so the vibrations don't make it come loose.

The lower chain feeds chain onto the rear sprocket, top chain is kept taught by engine pulling it tight.
The top chain cannot jump the sprocket unless you drive around in reverse..., but the lower can easily jump as it feeds onto sprocket, thats why the tensioner has to be on the lower leg.
