Hey all! I just finished my first build, and what a blast!!! I got a custom 26" cruiser style bike with steel frame from www.affordabike.com in Charleston, SC and my engine kit from boygofast on e-bay. After assembly the chain popped off and broke, so I readjusted the motor position, readjusted the sprocket, got a smaller rear tire. (Went from 2.25 to 1.95. ) put on a 41 chain and Shazaaam! she works great!!!
By the way. All go cart parts are 50 % off at northern tool. I only paid $7.50 for 10 feet or #41 chain. That was just enough for 2 chains on my bike.
I am running her slow to break her in. so far, very smooth. no wobble at all.
