I got 88cc motor with a Kiehin carb. It came with Reed valve system but no adapter plate. So I just put on the carb. When I try to start a few times fuel starts dripping from exhaust

Is the carb connected to a regular intake manifold then? Got a picture you can share?
Have you been able to start the engine ever? Or it's a brand new engine and never started?
Is carburetor basically level?
