First Build Advice

[Einteiler]

I am looking for a bike to start my first build. I know I want a cruiser style bike, but I don't know which bike to go with. I don't want to buy a bike and have it break on me.
The bike I was considering is a schwinn lakeshore, from here:

Is this a good bike to use?

That bike will work. An older cruiser, made pre-2000, would be more durable, but the bike in your link will work.

You'll find a straight down-post will be easier to wrangle an engine on, but there is plenty of advice you can get from experts here who have worked on this frame-type to get it working. Welcome, wear a helmet, and have fun!
