Hello, i'm 15 and live in MA. i'm working on building a 4 cycle bike. I want to drop a mountain bike frame down to 6 (max) inches higher then the tire, and stretch it a foot. I also want to custom make the muffler because I hate loud engines. never have built a bike but have wanted to do it for 5 years.
