my huffy china crap wheel snapped of at the ring where the spokes are set, so i got a shimano 105 E-110 wheel 12g steel spokes and steel rim thanks for telling me to get this guys. and i also ordered a CNC 44 tooth sprocket and adapter assembly because after i put the new wheel on i still was able to move the wheel it had play in it.....now i was wondering if that what because i had to take that dust cap off and fill it with washers. i just hope that i can leave the wheel the same way as it came in without washers and so when i intall that sprocket assembly.

You probably loosened up the cones when you took the dust cap off. Check YouTube or Google how to adjust cones, or how to rebuild a coaster brake. If it's loose, it can damage the bearings, races, etc. Fix it right away.

With the adapter, you can run it like it's meant to, but might have to bend the coaster brake arm out a little. It's easy.

When you get the adapter, might as well learn how to rebuild that hub and pack it full of grease. For some reason, factories are pretty stinjy when it comes to greasing up bearings.

If you take care of it, that hub will last you a long time.
