Ezip trailz to a regular Mt. Bike???

I acquired an ezip trailz ladies bike I wanna strip it down and use the motor on much lighter mens aluminum mt bike I guess I need to get out and look at it. Has anyone done this? Can it be done with ease? Both are 26" . I am still working on my gas bike but want to start on this as a backup or to resell to fund another gas bike project. Any info would be great! they sell it as a kit you can put it on any hard tail bike you want.hard part is getting it off the bike without breaking anything.

I am thinking of just leaving it as is. The bike itself is in brand new condition even though it's a 2008 it's just really heavy.
