well my muffler cap or baffle what ever you call it fell off and the bolt went with it (it is broken off in the muffler) so i was wondering if that would hurt the motor or not. i tried to take it out but it wont turn out at all. it is a 2stroke.

The bolt is welded inside the body of the muffler. I'd look for a muffler shop who will weld it back in. Running without it is much too loud.

You won't be making any friends or admirers running without the end cap. It won't do the hobby any favores either. Either fix it or order a new muffler from a supplier. Your engine and your neighbors will thank you for it.
Don't fall for that old saw, "loud pipes saves lives". That was coined by wannabe Harley riders and doesn't apply to motorized bicycles.
