That exhaust would be a poor performer on a 2 stroke.
The engine in the photo is a 4 stroke HuaSheng F142.
You would need to modify that exhaust to fit a ChinaGirl 2 stroke.

Yeah, I have been looking around there website and they did not offer it I guess. Well, If you or anyone you know has some cool vintage headlights like the one in the picture. I am looking to buy one.

That style of headlight is available all over the place.
Most commonly found in motorcycle applications. Check out ebay.

Do a web search for many other sellers.
Harbor Freight sells a similar light labeled as an off road spotlight.
So does Wal-Mart.
