Equipment for titling a bike

Oregon requires VIN, title and registration for "mopeds" 35-50cc. If I go this route I will need mirrors, lighted speedometer, headlight, brake light and turn signals. (I'd love to have a retro analog speedo by the way.) Any good one-stop-shop sites for this kind of gear?
 
eBay is probably the best place to check! Let me know if u have trouble finding anything, Im an eBay freak! Hope this helps!
 
Also, be advised that you may be required to have DOT approved equipment. Any old headlight might not work.

You can get an old school speedo on Amazon or ebay for about $15. You might have to add a light bulb to it if it needs to be lighted.
