Anybody heard of this? Is this a first magazine devoted to motor bicycles, albeit electric motor bicycles?

That magazine looks pretty good, thanks for the link. I went to subscribe and the email was returned undeliverable. Hopefully, they will get that fixed. I have accumulated enough funds for my ebike purchase/build, but am still trying to work out the details of what I want as I'm completely new to them.
