Easy custom tensioner for steel frames

Nice work. and I like the chrome muffler. I was wondering if anyone knows what kinda steel alloy this crap stock tensioner is made of. And also was this an arc weld?

the new 1 it's has the gears for peddl'n 1st tyme I left the derailer on.

Just remember to remove or reinforce the fenders before you ride it.
Stock fenders + motors = deathtrap.

Scotto I found your build on the Blue Dyno-Glide to be very well done. The pix's on PB [Photobucket] were Very helpful and the exacution of the mounts were where I want to be.

Can you give me a link on that build?

The tap stuck in the motor to change the threads on the vent was scary looking, as you know where the chips are going.

Reinforced fenders will get ya too. Take it from one who knows.
