Dying after a few minutes

Fairly new engine. It runs a little bit then quits. I wait a few minutes, it runs then dies again. Whats going on?

Check for fuel flow from the tank, the small filter screen on some of the shut off valves clog up easy.

If you didn't thoroughly clean out the tank before you installed it, it's likely the prob is what Greg mentioned. Add an in line filter (they're 2 dollars) while you have it apart.

Oh- also, on a kit waaay in the past, there were problems with the cap not venting. That will cause the same syptoms.
