Ducar 212 “Death Row”

Recently fabricated a motor mount on a Schwinn Cruiser, very, very tight build!
Question:
After uncorking the engine (retaining factory carb & linkage) what jet is better suited?
36,37 or 38?
Obviously need to change it..

Also, the main jet issue after uncorking the engine, (in my case retaining the governor & linkage) I found a kit made by waterlooboy2hp, eBay for 14.95! I always like the high-speed needle on the older carbs, worth a try.
Has to beat the garbage jets from amazon that need to use a welder's gauge on to determine the size as they are marked in some alien hieroglyphs

Does the front wheel have a drum brake? Are the fenders reinforced? Love the rear tank. What kind of rpm is the engine turning? What size are the sprockets? Is the rear sprocket mounted to a disc hub?

Oh, my!
Yes, Sturmey Archer front drum from a Raleigh.
Heavy fender braces on medium fenders, rear fender notched in left side.
Added cantilever brake over rear wheel to assist with coaster, single speed
Re-spoked front wheel to accommodate brake hub, stayed with 14.
Re-tuned rear wheel with some spokes replaced where needed.
All Schwinn S 7 wheel sets on 1-3/4 rubber

Extra wide crank conversion & crank
Tank/rack, miscellaneous parts from Grubee

Ducar 212cc with stage 1
Adjustable main jet
Should produce 9-11hp at 3600 rpm
additional 9lbs torque
(Have not put on dyno yet)
10T-52T -415 chain with idler sprocket tension
I probably stay under 4400 to be safer

Cut away

Throttle mod

Idler sproket

Stage 1 intake filter & pulse pump

Grubee straight pipe will have a muffler, too much air, loud! “Leg burner”, will be wrapped.

Would it be possible to turn the gas tank a 180°, so that you could shorten the fuel line? Is that a 3\1~1\1 cvt?

That'd be a 15.6\1~5.2\1 reduction range for a max level ground speed around 53 mph. Very impressive, nice setup.

I'd suggest using Kool-Stop ebike rated pads for the rear brake. You may also want to consider a steel, adjustable tension, suspension seat post to go along with the spring seat. It can take comfort to a whole new level. I have metal in my lower spine so I know about these sort of things lol.

The tank, to be rotated would need to cut the rails on the rack. I don’t know why it’s like that?
Yes, a shorter distance would be nice.
The whole kit was suspect, full of welds that looked newly repaired. I may change that out.
The exhaust fell apart just during the tuning process!
The crank came apart never even pedaled that!
I reinforced it with double lock rings.
Have to look at those pads and seat post if it’s had thin as the Schwinn? Trying to contact the vender but they leave one at the mercy e-mails!

Thanks for the compliment
