I got my motor on 2day and all was well went outside to fire it up got it 2 start for about 1 sec and then tryed again and it wont move now like there is a break on i readjusted the clutch but that didnt help any other ideas???

Chain may be balled up up the clutch cover what is your drive chain tension like?
